Event report
Unfortunately, consumer rights are not strong enough, nor are they present, so it is necessary to educate citizens about them. We concluded that the consumer was the initiator of any dispute or complaint and it is up to the consumer, and disputes, mostly and unfortunately, no matter how clear the facts, do not end in favor of the injured consumer, precisely because they do not have enough professional and legal knowledge rights. Therefore, it is necessary to educate, simplify procedures and provide protection to the consumer regardless of their level of education about them. We should all have the same protection.Related Ideas
