How to change the European Union w/Alberto Alemanno
During this hour talk, Giulia Sarti and I will be discussing together with Alberto Alemanno, Jean Monnet Professor in EU Law at the HEC Paris, the mechanisms of the Conference on the Future of Europe #CoFoE) and the opportunities that it will bring.
Alberto’s research has been centered on how the law may be used to improve people’s lives, in particular through the adoption of power-shifting reforms countering social, health, economic, and political disparities of access within society. Beyond his academic endeavours, he is also a media commentator and a civic advocate. In fact, he founded the The Good Lobby, which is a non-profit civic start-up committed to equalizing access to power for a more plural, inclusive and democratic society.
This interview is part of the weekly talks I host on the Future of Europe under the Europe Matters Club on Clubhouse. I would like to thank the europeancampaignplaybook for supporting us in this voyage.
[The europeancampaignplaybook is a coordination group made of pro-EU professionals and students, with the objective of promoting a positive narrative during the CoFoE.]
