Session summary and conclusions The workshop focused on the Smart Specialisation cooperation opportunities in the Blue Economy area, with the outlook into the Atlantic Action Plan 2.0 of the Atlantic Strategy. The session facilitated the discussion on the opportunities for regions to work together in the context of RIS3 in order to boost Blue Economy. The speakers presented inspirational ideas, initiatives and needs on how regions can cooperate to improve Atlantic R&I in the field of Blue Economy.
