What future for Europe? National launch of the Conference on the Future of Europe
Event report available
The main objective of this event is to disseminate the Conference on the Future of Europe in Portugal and to promote the debate on the initiative at national level. It also intends to present the calendar of national events organised by the Portuguese Government in partnership with other entities and to call for the organisation of events by civil society in Portugal. The Conference on the Future of Europe is a citizens-centred exercise, with a dynamic starting from the bottom up, affirming itself as an open, inclusive and transparent dialogue aimed at contributing to a better understanding of civil society’s concerns and desires. It also wants to take Europe beyond its capitals, reaching all corners of the EU and strengthening the link between Europeans and the institutions.
