The European Congress of Youth Councils, hereinafter referred to as the Congress, is organised by the European Commission Representation in Poland in cooperation with the Office of the European Parliament in Poland and the Civis Polonus Foundation. The main objective of the European Congress of Youth Councils (EKRM) is the interest of young citizens active in youth councils of municipalities, cities, counties and youth parliaments of voivodships on European issues. The main topics of the Congress will be, among others: directions of development of the European Union, as well as security and the situation in the east.
