In particular, Frontex needs to offer job search assistance and support, including financing, by working as a service centre or contact point with national or regional employment authorities, housing and construction authorities, including registration and financial authorities, as well as banks, insurance and credit institutions, so that everyone can get the assistance and support they need as quickly as possible. Nobody should ever be described, considered or treated as illegal immigrants. Frontex must be the first point of contact for people seeking assistance, as this task cannot be left to criminals such as smugglers.
In order for people to have a chance to integrate and not become a burden on security and social systems, they need to know the language of the country, have a certain education and profession and share democratic values. The selection of these people must take place outside the EU. It is not possible to accept absolutely everyone who wants to settle in the richest EU countries and enjoy the privilege of their welfare systems, giving nothing to society or even committing crimes.

A particular profession is not a prerequisite for a particular education and democratic values. But: The selection of “those” does not have to take place outside the EU, but should, if possible, be meaningful, correct and important. It is possible and absolutely necessary to accept all, even if certainly not everyone can live, live and work in one place or in a region. The richest (e.g. EU) countries have the ethical and moral obligation to create a general safe stay and a general social security.
Thank you for your opinion. Not only is it not wise, but it is not possible to accept all the poor people in the world. This would mean an end to civilised life in the EU. The ideology of universal equality will suffer the same collapse as the ideology of communism. I understand the people of Western Europe who do not have the historical memory of those of the East. The selection of the right individuals who can be part of our societies must take place outside the EU. Once they enter the EU, it’s too late. Maintenance, security and extradition are becoming more difficult and expensive.
It is not about the ideology of universal equality, but the respect for the dignity of every person/life (keyword: Existence and basic needs). Communism is a utopian model of society, just as the free market economy is a utopian economic system. We can understand the historical memories of the East and West and at the same time truly appreciate the current situation of the rule of law and democracy. It is impossible to understand why only the people of Europe should understand the values of democracy and there should be no hatred for the values of democracy in this country. Big financial resources for Frontex and military action in Syria to stop the conflict and stop immigration.
Increased financial resources for Frontex and military operations in Syria will not stop the conflict and will rather extend it and increase immigration. Money alone cannot solve all the problems. Years and decades of financial aid show this.
Military forces can be used to guarantee stability in areas agreed upon by both parties in the conflict. You're right though, more soldiers don't mean stability will arrive sooner. If the rebels were no longer funded they would not be able to carry on with the senseless war that they've in effect lost.
Sanctions against Turkey and any other backers of rebel forces who continue to supply them with military aid would help in this endeavour, this way the monopoly on violence (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monopolyonviolence) can be restored and peace can be reestablished by the Syrian authorities.
Neo-cons will have to accept they can't just overthrow the leaders of countries on a whim just because those countries aren't democratic but are vulnerable to western led regime change.
It is a truth when states or communities of states believe that military units or assets can restore peace; but the UN Charter itself makes the mistake if it first wants to preserve international peace and security and then seeks friendly relations between nations, neglecting international cooperation to resolve international problems of an economic, social, cultural and humanitarian nature and to promote and consolidate respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, irrespective of race, gender, language or religion. Political parties are in dispute and at some point forget completely what was the original aim. This is probably the case when nations have different views on livelihoods, basic, cultural and luxury needs, although the first two are the same for all.

Well, it is not (at all) a matter of protecting our borders, but our human, economic and social values. The concept of border guards is already extremely problematic because a border identifies/allowed/moves a national and a foreign country. However, (political) national borders are or are being drawn arbitrarily. “give the human means to judge to do their work together” Yes, right. We must “establish international (administrative) cooperation to solve international problems of an economic, social, cultural and humanitarian nature and to promote and consolidate respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction of race, sex, language or religion”; this is the way to international peace and security, not the other way around. However, simply identifying safe countries of origin in order to deport people there is the opposite of cooperation.

Hello When we look around we can wonder who the bad guys who do not respect human rights and who are the nice? Yes, we need to strengthen Frontex and fight illegal immigration and stop our guilt.

Frontex must have one single task: protect the EU’s borders. Legal migration should take place only through the relevant border crossing points. Any other entry should be treated as a violation and lead to a permanent ban on access to the EU. Only persons who have been scrutinised for lack of links with terrorism, radical groups and crime who speak the language of the country they apply for should be admitted to the EU at least secondary education and occupation. The EU does not need people who will only weigh on the social system and increase crime.
Goods, services and bureaucracy must not be considered more important than people/life. No language stops at national borders, as does terrorism, radical or extremist groups and (other) criminals or (organised, small or large) criminals. Anyone who slops in economic, financial, fiscal and/or social policy has no right to balance it with a security and defence policy (military or police). No one needs to believe that certain people only burden the social system and increase crime.

Frontex must be given powers and resources to shut down the migratory routes entirely. Mass migartion is a crime against humanity, and must stop!
