During two days, on Friday 10th and Saturday 11st December 2021, we will question the health system through conferences and events. We will address access to care, the role of social security, health work with the most vulnerable populations, inequalities, the impact of ecology and economy on care and health, women’s health, and the evolution of social movements and the place that medical homes occupy. This event is organised for the attention of a very large audience: social and health actors, political representatives, citizens, health care users and users. An original dimension will guide our thinking, that of culture as a tool for analysis and support for emancipation. Why culture? It embraces several definitions: civilisation, ideology, knowledge, behaviour, characteristic... We also gladly speak of corporate culture, mass culture, working class, popular, general, medical culture, the art of healing and healing. Culture brings together, gathers, entertains, but above all, analyses our society, denounces its shortcomings, demands equality and supports ideas and values. During the health crisis we are going through, cultural actors and actors have made an eminently political discourse in favour of the humanisation of health care.
