As the COVID-19 pandemic has shown, not every member state has the same amount of healthcare funding and development. Due to this problem, a united initiative to create healthcare on the EU level must be persued in order to guarantee the highest quality medical treatement for all citizens of the European Union.

I like the proposal and the ambition that we should procure medical equipment and medicines together, thereby reducing their cost. Finally, the value of the Union lies in the number of its citizens, because it is only in this way that we are stronger at the negotiating tables. I support the proposals that this should be exploited and a stronger exchange of medical staff in education and equalisation of their salaries and conditions at EU level should be considered. There is also a prevention of diseases that should receive more attention already in primary education, as well as raising taxes on harmful substances such as refined sugars. I also propose a reduction in the health tax for those who prove that they are physically active (according to their health-physical and mental capabilities).
I agree entirely. Centralisation behind a number of benefits that the EU must derive in order to remain competitive.
Spain and France have already taken steps in this area. They are setting up military health services. It is very interesting for the same proposal to be developed throughout the EU. A military health service that acts in response to global problems affecting us.
Obviously you are right but you should consider your figures in relation to the purchase power of the inhabited country.

What is the goal of this proposal? Are you talking about Public (University) Medical Centres, partially or wholly, funded by the EU? Is it about an EU Public Health Insurance? Or funding medical research & development, such as medicines and medical technology? Or about allocating funds to equalise expenditure on healthcare, so each country has the same healthcare budget?
I think it should be mainly about medical R&D and lifting the quality of healthcare in the underperforming countries to balance the interests of both the rich and poorer countries.
It is good if it is considered quite likely that all members will not agree. An independent health system with military power in its implementation and with concensus in policy areas would be the best. Action is taken against possible future pandemics, natural disasters, vaccination campaigns at European level... Some military health personnel, and other civilian health personnel in reserve waiting to be called on to deal with possible problems. In the case of ‘peace times’ to support the health systems of EU countries, such as psychology services, specialities with a list of overcrowded waiting times, and even action at veterinary level, providing animal protection. For a mutualisation, see the creation of a European health insurance with a European card giving access to healthcare, without advance payment of costs. A European system equivalent to the ‘vital card’ used in France.
Why should one ask independent countries to cut health spending by 50% or others to triple their spending? They could do it today if they want to...
I think this is an interesting idea and if it becomes workable it will also solve problems with cross-border healthcare for many Europeans, but on both sides, for example, I am aware that it is not obvious.

The matter is that patients with Covid were not cured in nearly all cases. This fact resulted in situation that was very close to colaps of health care. But there are available products that are aible to significantly lower severity of Covid disease symptoms. Only few people made effort to point at this fact. I am doing this for 1 year. There are amazing clinical results.
If somebody gets Covid, the person is in vast majority of cases waiting what will be severity of clinical symptoms. Nearly no clinicians are able to advise products that should be taken from first clinical symptoms. In such case Covid would not result in so many patients in intensive care units and so many deceased.
Each Member State has historically different health care systems and health insurance. Their development was a long process in line with social needs and different economic situations, which cannot be uniformised. If such an effort were to be pursued at European level, it could lead to the citizens of certain Member States being left without adequate care. This is unacceptable if we build a healthy European society, a Europe of the future. In view of the above, we reject any proposals and efforts to bring healthcare systems and health insurance to a European level. We consider it unacceptable to revise the Treaty of Lisbon and to extend the Union’s competences in this area. The different health funding and health systems in the Member States and the different levels of training and training of the noses and the specialists make it impossible to regulate uniformly in the absence of a common set of standards.
