Their ideas will favor the areas and their inhabitants. The aim is to promote the entrepreneurial culture and to support the revitalisation of business activities linked to the possibilities and resources of the territories. All with the aim of promoting sustainable, comprehensive and balanced rural development at all levels, be it economic, social, cultural and environmental in rural areas. It is necessary to capture and maintain talent since the rural area is increasingly depopulated and is, however, a great niche market to be developed through sustainable and respectful entrepreneurship. Cofe-PROP-2021-11-170842 The problem of rural housing needs a solution to attract young people The problem of housing is one of the great paradoxes of depopulation. The villages lose population and gain empty houses, but they do not go to the rental or sale market, they remain closed. Access to affordable housing is one of the problems that causes young people to leave their locality, looking for a place to live. While the owners do not sell or rent only in summer at much higher prices, the administrations do not carry out promotion homes as it is supposed to: on the one hand there is no housing shortage and on the other there is no demand, as young people leave. Creating a vicious circle that only breaks down in a few cases, for example large companies that build employee housing or the local initiative that restores official houses: Cofe-PROP-2021-11-170809 In order to combat rural depopulation, it is necessary to guarantee services that make villages accessible. Despite the improvements that from the different administrations and also from private entrepreneurship are made the truth is that the rural environment does not have the same services that the cities and the population leave the villages. do we want to say by this that the services are a guarantee of the permanence of the population? No. What is clear is that it is one of the main causes of the abandonment of peoples: It is necessary to: a. 1.- Connectivity.
