From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Baccaro studio at OFF Piotrkowska in Łódź, there will be eco-cullinary workshops. During them, participants will learn how to cook ecologically and modernly, how to save food and use what is left behind in our refrigerators, and most importantly, they will prepare eco-drinks themselves, which they will then disgust. 10 people will participate. The whole will be led by a man in love with cooking – Damian Marchlewicz, winner of Hell’s Kitchen, as well as chef at Komediowa restaurant.
