Biomimicry perceives nature as a source of inspiration when creating new products, structures and processes. Over the past decade, it has influenced a wide variety of industries, from robotics to management. Many companies around the world began to allocate huge funds for biomimicry research, realizing the fact that natural design means not only the efficiency and economy of development, but, in many ways, the efficient use of energy and processes.
