"The world is full of employment for people with disabilities in emerging economies." On March 30, 2022, the Blue Bird Foundation organized an event entitled “Employment of People with Disabilities in Renewable Economies” with university lecturers, social workers and people with disabilities. During the conference, useful joint discussions with university lecturers and participants on the new challenges and workforce trends in the field of vocational rehabilitation were realized, as well as the operation of mechanical exoskeletal structures developed for people with reduced mobility during the presentation of employment support tools. We could hear an inspiring presentation on easy to understand communication. With the help of an easy-to-understand expert and inspector, we were able to gain experiential knowledge about the easy-to-understand transformation of information and the defined rules of content and form. The interactive presentation of those with speech disabilities and learning disabilities was brought to our attention during the easy-to-understand method, the importance of which I know and understand is important. The conference ended with a meaningful professional exchange, personal experiences and common goals.
