Development Cooperation and the OECD DAC: A V4 perspective
The virtual conference, which will be held on December 10, 2021, will consist of an OECD high-level opening, an opening presentation from the Hungarian side, and a panel discussion with high-level representatives from the V4 countries. The event closes with a Questions & Answers section.
Event reportOn 10 December 2021, in order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hungary’s OECD membership and the 5th anniversary of Hungary’s accession to the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC), the Hungarian Presidency of the V4 organized a high-level virtual event (“Development Cooperation and the OECD DAC: A V4 Perspective”) on development cooperation and the role of the OECD DAC seen from the perspective of the Visegrad Group. The event served as a forum to discuss the achievements of the V4 members in the area of development cooperation and to identify areas for further collaboration within the framework of the DAC. The event, which was attended by 84 guests, including high-level participants from the OECD and V4 countries, also provided a platform to exchange knowledge, experience and good practices in the field of development cooperation.
